Buying land
Natagora and the FHN buy land, usually historically agricultural woodland, to restore it to biodiversity-rich meadows and classify it as a nature reserve.

Reintroduction of threatened species
Hay, harvested from source sites, is applied to the restored land in the project area. Rich in the seeds of threatened plant species, it enables the reintroduction of threatened plant species such as arnica, alpine fennel, succissa…
The project also aims to reintroduce at least one meta-population of the Succise Damier, a very rare and threatened butterfly.
