As part of his duties, he is responsible for the network of Natagora nature reserves located in the Eastern Ardennes. Having taken part in 7 LIFE and INTERREG projects since the start of his career, he has a great deal of experience in managing these types of project and particularly in implementing actions on the ground. Philippe has been in place since the creation of all the Natagora nature reserves in this area (initiated with the Black Stork Programme in 1990), so he knows this region and the local context particularly well.

A biologist by training, Pascal has been working at Natagora since 2005. He has had a varied career with the association. He started out on an Interreg project on the Terrils and then moved on to the Réseau Nature project, which aims to develop a network of private land in favour of nature. Since 2018, he has been working in the Conservation department (Monitoring Unit), where he has provided support for several LIFE projects (LIFE in Quarries, LIFE Pays Mosan, LIFE Nardus). He is currently largely involved in applications for recognition of the reserves and provides support to the LIFE ArdennEislek team (inventories, methodology, etc.).
