Project partners
The LIFE ArdennEislek project is coordinated by Natagora, in collaboration with the Fondation Hëllef fir d'Natur and the asbl Natur&Ëmwelt in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (GDL).
Collaborations have also been set up with the Department of Nature and Forests (DNF) and the Department for the Study of the Natural and Agricultural Environment (DEMNA) of the Walloon Public Service (SPW). A methodological partnership is also planned with the Euskirchen Biological Station for the reintroduction of the Marsh fritillary.
Co-financing
The LIFE ArdennEislek project is 67% co-financed by the European Commission (LIFE programme). The Walloon actions are also co-financed by the Service Public de Wallonie (SPW). The Luxembourg actions are co-financed by the Ministry for the Environment, Climate and Biodiversity (MECB) of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Natura 2000
Natura 2000 is a European network of nature sites created in 1992 to protect threatened species and habitats. It covers more than 18% of EU territory, including special conservation and protection areas for birds. The network encourages sustainable management of human activities in harmony with nature. Natura 2000 plays a crucial role in preserving biodiversity and combating habitat loss in Europe.

Natagora
Natagora is a Belgian NGO dedicated to nature conservation, active mainly in Wallonia and Brussels. Founded in 2003 by the merger of Aves and Réserves Naturelles RNOB, the association manages over 6,000 hectares of nature reserves and implements programmes to protect threatened species. Supported by some 26,600 members, Natagora also organises numerous awareness-raising activities to protect biodiversity and promote a balance between nature and human activities.
